Memorial Day Parade and Ceremonies

The Town of Acton's Department of Veterans' Services and the Celebrations Committee invite you to join us in our Memorial Day parade and ceremonies on Monday, May 28th.  The parade will leave Gates School in West Acton at 10 am and proceed down the following route: Spruce Street to Mass Ave to Windsor Ave into Mt. Hope Cemetery for the main ceremony which will begin at 11 am.  We will then proceed up Central Street to the West Acton Common for an abbreviated ceremony.  For Veterans who wish to participate in Color Guard or youth groups who wish to participate in the parade please contact Acton Veterans' Service Officer, James MacRae, at 978-929-6614 or

Veterans Day in Acton and Fall 2017 Acton Veteran Mailing

Veterans Day will be observed on Saturday, November 11th at 11:00am on the Town Common. All are encouraged to attend. Please park behind Town Hall or behind the Fire Station.
The Ceremony will take place outdoors (weather permitting) by the Isaac Davis Monument on the Common.
In the event of inclement weather we will move the ceremony inside Town Hall.
