| Obtain a Copy of My Birth Certificate |
You may obtain a copy of a Birth Certificate from the Town Clerk. You may fill out a vital records request form, and bring it to the Town Clerk's office, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. |

You may obtain a copy of a Death Certificate from the Town Clerk. You may fill out a vital records request form, and bring it to the Town Clerk's office, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. |
| Obtain a Dog License |
A Dog License can be obtained or renewed through the Town Clerk. Fill out a Dog License Application and bring it, along with a copy of a Rabies certificate, to the Town Clerk's Office, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. |
Obtain a One Day Liquor License

A One Day Liquor license can be obtained by returning the License or Permit Application to the Town Manager's office, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

| Submit an Animal Complaint |
Acton has several bylaws regarding dog licenses and animal control. If you wish to report a nuisance, please call the Police Department at (978) 264-9638 and ask to contact the Dog Officer. |
