Hold your next gathering at one of Acton Recreation's beautiful facilities!
For all inquiries for facility rentals and field permits, please follow the steps:
Step 1: Complete the field and facility application/inquiry form found here.
Then submit via e-mail (firstname.lastname@example.org) or by dropping off at our office and leaving completed form in our 24/7 drop box located in the front of the Recreation Dept. located at 50 Audubon Drive in S. Acton, or by mailing it to Recreation Dept., 472 Main Street, Acton, MA 01720.
Step 2: Your inquiry is processed in the order received as all applications are serviced on first-come basis. Once your application has been received, you should hear back from our office via email within three business days from date of receipt. Please check your spam filter if you haven't heard back. With the high volume of applications received daily, please note that this form must be completed FIRST to help us serve you better by allowing time for our department to review your request so we can give you accurate information.
Step 3: There is no fee to complete the application, once you have heard back about your inquiry, the process of payment and permit issuance is given.

Facilities at NARA Park:
SCHOOL STREET FIELD 2023
Camp Acton has 7 campsites for nightly rentals. Campsites are $25/site (day or overnight). There is a limit of 10 people per site. Site 1 is an accessible site.
The Recreation Department will notify police and fire upon approval of your permit. Campfires may not be permitted if there are not favorable conditions per the Acton Fire Department.
Please note our office is not open on weekends and cannot process last-minute weekend requests.
A portable toilet is located onsite March through November.
All camper's onsite must be listed on the permit as well as all license plates.
