The Town of Acton Sustainability Office, in partnership with Mass Save, will be hosting an Energy Efficiency and Winter Heating crash Course at the Acton Senior Center.
This presentation will provide insight into the energy and cost-saving resources available to Acton residents—both owners and renters—including no-cost energy assessments, rebates on energy-saving devices and energy-efficient appliances, incentivized and no-cost weatherization upgrades, and more! We will also discuss enrollment in fuel assistance programs, and review the best way to read and save on your electricity bill. If comfortable, attendees are encouraged to bring a copy of their electric bill so that we can go over important parts of these bills together, and ensure that you are enrolled in the lowest-cost electric supply option.
