On January 10, 2022 the Select Board voted to establish a committee “to evaluate options for the reconstruction or renovation of the DPW facilities located at 14 Forest Road”.   The Committee Charge, is available at the link below.

Select Board Vice Chair Dean Charter has been designated as the Board’s liaison to the committee, which will include members of other boards, town staff, and volunteers from the general public.  Much of the work will focus on the findings of the Weston and Sampson Architecture and Engineering Report on the facility which was submitted in May, 2021, and which is available at the link below.  It Is expected that the committee will complete it’s charge in December, 2022.

Persons interested in serving on the committee are urged to email Dean Charter at Deancharter@actonma.gov with any questions or expressions of interest.   The Board hopes to have the committee in place by the end of February.
