Town Meeting will begin on Monday, May 6^th and will run through Tuesday, May 7^th, both nights beginning at 7:00pm at the Acton-Boxborough Regional High School, 36 Charter Road, 

Arrival: Registration opens at 6:00pm in the High School Cafeteria. We anticipate a larger crowd than normal and encourage attendees to arrive early to ensure you are checked in and seated for the beginning of the session. Multiple areas throughout the High School will be utilized both nights as needed and are set up for full participation.

Parking: Parking is available on the school campus on Charter Road and satellite parking is also available. More parking details HERE

Additional Accessible parking spaces will be available near the gazebo at the High School.    

Annual Town Meeting Parking and Shuttle Service Will Begin at 5:30pm and Run Until Town Meeting is Over

Transportation: Free Transportation to Town Meeting is available. Pre-scheduled door-to-door van rides from 5:30pm – 11:00pm are available. Reservations are needed and can be made by contacting CrossTown Connect dispatch at (978- 844-6809. The deadline for registration is Friday, May 3^rd at 12:00pm. Additional information can be found on page 6 in the Warrant.

Childcare: There will be a kid-friendly movie night in the Chorus Room at the High School from 6:30pm – 9:30pm on Monday May 6^th. RSVP’s can be sent to Betty Ann Vitale (bavitale@hotmail.com) by Friday, May 3^rd. For more information, please see page 7 of the Warrant.
