Is your community prepared to face natural disasters? Join us to provide your input on the goals and actions of Acton’s Hazard Mitigation Plan to help reduce risk to Acton’s people, economies, and natural environments. There will be snacks!
We want your input on the Hazard Mitigation Plan! Stop by any time on Wednesday, May 15, from 5:30 to 6:30 PM, for an open house at the Acton Memorial Library Meeting Room. The Hazard Mitigation Plan will assess Acton’s natural disaster risks and vulnerabilities and identify proactive mitigation goals and actions to be taken over the next five years. Members of the public are welcome to stop by and ask questions and provide written or spoken input on the goals and actions for the next version of the Hazard Mitigation Plan. We will provide light (yummy) snacks.
