[ARCHIVED] September 1st State Primary Election - Update

Please see this message from the Town Clerk’s office with details regarding the upcoming State Primary Election.

The State Primary Election will be held on Tuesday, September 1, 2020, from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM in the RJ Grey Junior High School gymnasium (located at 16 Charter Road). Similar to the local election held earlier this year, all COVID-19 safety protocols (face coverings, social distancing, and routine sanitization) will be followed.

There is some construction underway on Charter Road. To assist voters with locating the polling location and parking availability, the Town has provided the following map:

As a reminder, voters who have requested Absentee and Early Voting Ballots by Mail for the Primary Election may submit their ballots to the Town Hall by 8:00 PM on Election Day, Tuesday, September 1. There is a drop-box located next to the back entrance with a “Ballot Drop-Box” sign where voters can securely submit their ballots.
