[ARCHIVED] Senior Flu Clinic - November 6th

Acton Senior High Dose Flu Clinic, ages 65 years old and above only.
When: Friday November 6th, 1:00 PM - 4:00 PM
Where: Acton Human Services and Senior Center, 30 Sudbury Road

Please schedule an appointment online here.

Vaccine is limited and only appointment holders will be guaranteed a vaccine.

While attending a clinic please adhere to the following:

- Please wear a face covering as mandated by Massachusetts Department of Public Health, click here to review 

- Please adhere to social distancing guidelines of 6' or greater while awaiting your vaccine. There will be spaces marked on the ground outside of the Human Services Building to promote the distancing guidelines.

- Please arrive at your designated time, arriving early will put undue stress on our keeping residents at the correct distancing guidelines and pose a risk to residents during this unprecedented pandemic.

- Please do not come to the clinic if you are sick, have any of the symptoms of COVID-19 as defined by the CDC click for further information or have had contact with a positive COVID-19 case or have traveled to a high risk location in the two weeks prior to your scheduled appointment.
