Town Meeting will begin on Monday, May 6th and will run through Tuesday, May 7th, both nights beginning at 7:00pm at the Acton-Boxborough Regional High School, 36 Charter Road,
Arrival: Registration opens at 6:00pm in the High School Cafeteria. We anticipate a larger crowd than normal and encourage attendees to arrive early to ensure you are checked in and seated for the beginning of the session. Multiple areas throughout the High School will be utilized both nights as needed and are set up for full participation.
Parking: Parking is available on the school campus on Charter Road and satellite parking is also available. More parkingdetails HERE
Transportation: Free Transportation to Town Meeting is available. Pre-scheduled door-to-door van rides from 5:30pm – 11:00pm are available. Reservations are needed and can be made by contacting CrossTown Connect dispatch at (978- 844-6809. The deadline for registration is Friday, May 3rd at 12:00pm. Additional information can be found on page 6 in the Warrant.
Childcare: There will be a kid-friendly movie night in the Chorus Room at the High School from 6:30pm – 9:30pm on Monday May 6th. RSVP’s can be sent to Betty Ann Vitale (bavitale@hotmail.com) by Friday, May 3rd. For more information, please see page 7 of the Warrant.
