A Housing Production Plan (HPP) is a community-developed strategy to address local housing needs and expand affordable housing options, requiring approval from both the municipality and the state’s Executive Office of Housing and Livable Communities (EOHLC). This draft plan is the summation of input gathered through public engagement workshops and a community-wide survey, and is now available for public comment to ensure transparency and community feedback before final submission.
