Commuters parking in the metered spaces at the South Acton Commuter Lot will be required to start using the new parking meters on Wednesday, December 7th. The new meters are located within the shelter by the bike facilities next to the new MBTA train station. In conjunction with the new meters, the daily parking rate will be adjusted in accordance with the new fee scheduled as posted on the Town Website.

Commuters parking in the metered spaces will need to enter the parking space number into the new meter prior to payment. The parking space numbers are marked with yellow paint on the pavement at each space. The new meters accepts coins (nickels, dimes & quarters), bills ($1 & $5 notes) and credit cards.
